HMAN: Hierarchical Monitoring for Ad Hoc Network

Mobile ad hoc networks are deployed in many new domestic and public applications, rising to new requirements in terms of performance and efficiency. However, some of its characteristics pose a significant challenge to the monitoring of ad hoc networks. In particular, designing and implementing a monitoring solution that is capable of providing up-to-date information regarding the network´s overall health remains a challenge. Therefore in this paper we propose HMAN, Hierarchical Monitoring for Ad hoc Network.
