Abstract
To the problem that ball mill of cement course is a complex nonlinear multivariable process with strongly coupling and time-delay, the traditional PID control is difficult to apply to such system. Incorporating the grey prediction, fuzzy control, a design method of the grey prediction fuzzy control is presented. At first, this control design a fuzzy controller, and then, put the grey prediction into online uses. The prediction result replace the measure of the controlled object. The simulation results show that the mill system using this algorithm has better performance than that PID control system.
