Abstract
The author outlines the variety of services the DMA Technical Assistance Office can provide to emerging digital cartographic data-dependent weapon systems. Products, specifications, and service support for users is described in detail. In addition, descriptions of past instances where the office provided invaluable (mapping, charting, and geodetic) support to ASD are provided. It is concluded that, armed with this information, developers of these systems will be better able to forge the strong customer/supplier partnership that effective total quality management requires
