Abstract :
A main way of search engines providing their ad services is position auction. The advertisers lose much money in position auction for their inaccurate valuations of the optimal keyword tender price, so the problem of tender prices selected in position auction is eager to be solved. In this paper, from the perspective of an advertiser, we introduce a winning tender probability model in position auction, and then the optimal tender price selected model is formulated in the generalized second price position auction. Simulation results show that this model is of availability.
