Abstract
The forms of supply chain integration include M&A and strategic alliance. In this article we compare the characteristics and system dynamic mechanisms of these forms. Even though M&A and strategic alliances are effective cooperation forms in supply chain management, in the three time point of integration - pre-integration, integration and after-integration, there are different factors which affect the management decisions between M&A and strategic alliances.
