The research of evaluation index system for low-carbon city

Building low-carbon city is a global topic concerned by the glob in recent years. It is also a top priority in current urban planning. This paper makes comprehensive research and analysis on the low carbon urban construction and development. It puts forward a set of scientific and complete and quantitative evaluation index system for low carbon city to evaluate development level scientifically, find out the problems existing and correct its development direction. The index system is divided into results indexes and process indicators based on low carbon city theoretical connotation, realizations of low carbon city, and realizing ways of city construction of low carbon, gives each index calculation method. The research results provide the reference for low carbon urban construction.
