Abstract :
A method is proposed to combine high level numerical information for the purpose of strategic decision making. The term globular knowledge fusion is applied to describe a non-additive aggregation process which enables structures of knowledge variables to be developed that embed tradeoff information in the multi-tier global values. At the highest level of integration, globular knowledge fusion enables a single meta-system metric to be computed that reflects the big picture
