Abstract :
This paper deals with traffic rate control problems of communication networks. The concept of incentive Stackelberg strategy was introduced into a simplified networking model that comprises subsidiary systems of users and network. The method taking account of incentive strategy is more reasonable than that just splitting the bill as in the past. A linear strategy and a nonlinear strategy were proposed to the traffic problem. Some numerical simulations were given to illustrate the proposed method via MATLAB.
