Abstract
The dual uncertainty information, i.e. fuzzy information and grey information in the problem of multi-attribute group decision making, are studied in this paper. Based on the theories of fuzzy mathematics and grey system, the concept of fuzzy grey number and its algorithm are defined firstly, then a model of dual uncertainty multi-attribute group decision making is proposed. Thirdly, the fuzzy grey deviation degree is defined, and the optimization algorithm of fuzzy grey deviation degree is given for solving this new model. Finally, a decision making example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and rationality of this new model.
