Abstract :
Research on service enterprises find that supervisory play an important role in staffs´ behaviors. Among them, the role of employee champion, strategic partner and change agent all can lead to staff show positive behaviors, but the role of administrative expert can not affect staff positively. LMX not only can affect staffs´ behavior directly, but also modulate the role of supervisory. So service enterprises should stress supervisory role, strengthen staffs´ PSS to enable staff to show more organizational citizenship behaviors.
