Abstract :
According to the National Standard GB/T 21860-2008 of China (Liquid chemicals-Test method for the auto-ignition temperature), we construct the test unit of liquid chemicals´ auto-ignition temperature, and crucible furnace temperature control is a key part of this system. Considering the Specific requirements of temperature control in the National Standard, and compare with foreign similar products, crucible furnace temperature control using fuzzy PID control. Owing to operating temperature variation and other uncertainties, the system lag time waves and the disturbed effect occurs. The purpose of this paper is to look for optimal control parameters for designing fuzzy controller by Matlab Simulink.
