The research on financial management of group company based on enterprise resource planning — Taking the ERP project implementation of group A as an example

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the implement of ERP project in Group Corporate A in order to explore the finance management model within Group Company based on ERP system. It applies integrated financial management theory based on ERP and discovers the specific methods of constructing integrated financial management under the ERP environment via combining those theories with practice. First of all, the paper will utilize diagnosis analysis to the current financial situation of Group Corporate A; then it will establish the ERP financial management model and summarize the basic principles as well as the requirements of this model; finally, it would compare the current situation with the effects after Group A conduct this model. Therefore, it is clear for us to draw the conclusion based on the analysis above: the ERP financial management model is beneficial to improve the comprehensiveness and dynamics of business management as well as the Information Integration Management; moreover, it is an effective way to utilize resource integration and to achieve the long-term interests of the whole Group Corporate management.
