Abstract :
On the basis of production process requirements of hydrogen production by water electrolysis, the core controller of the control system employs S7-200 PLC. The rectified current settings are adjusted automatically according to the relationship between electrolyte conductivity and temperature. precise control of the rectifier current and accurate measurement of various parameters is realized by using PI control algorithm to ensure the hydrogen gas production and purity. The system is easy operation and high reliability.
