Abstract :
A novel three-phase step-up AC/DC power converter with high power factor is proposed. The AC line currents are independently controlled by means of a transformer secondary with neutral wire and an output capacitor with mid-point connection. The transformer whose purpose is separation between the line and the power converter, makes it possible to eliminate in a simple way the high-frequency harmonics. An analysis of the rectifier operations, a mathematical model, the closed-loop control of the output voltage, and numerical simulations are presented
