Research of the coordinated development on the economy and ecological environment in northwest China

The sustainable development in northwest China is paid a great attention to because of its frangible ecological environment and the laggard economic development. Sustainable development is mainly the coordination between regional economic development and the ecological environment improvement. Based on building the economy-environment index system of northwest China, in this paper the weights of all the economic and environmental index factors are determined after scientifically and objectively analyzing the factors. Then, the original data of economic and environmental assessment indexes are processed to be as the non-dimensional indexes and obtain the grade of membership value of every index by Blurry the Grade of Membership Function. At last, the actuality of the coordinated development of economy and the ecological environment in northwest China is simulated and analyzed by using the coordinated degree model.
