Abstract :
This article analyzed environmental economic problems of regions by which the economic growth model for multi-department endogenesis included environmental factors, sustainable development possibilities of regional economics and related optimal control strategies. It provided some viable models and methods for an analysis of regional environmental economics. Based on the economic growth model of multi-department endogenesis, developed and developing regional environmental economic optimal models with environmental factors were built respectively against the developed and developing regional characteristics. When optimal solution existed and settled, through solving solution to growth rate of some important economic variables on the stable condition, it analyzed environmental economic problems in developed and developing regions, and made a primary analysis of the optimal control strategy for sustainable development.
