Abstract :
Based on the genetic algorithm, a model of hierarchical structure product integer conceptual innovation design system is researched and proposed. In this paper, particular emphasis is placed on the fact that machine systems generally have hierarchical structures. Via treating those machines conceptual designs as the solution to design spaces, a new hierarchical genotype representation is developed with the genetic algorithm, controlling its searching process on the whole. To adapt to this kind of representation, the genetic operations including crossover operation and mutation operation, i.e., are newly constructed. Utilizing the reproduction, crossover and mutation, i.e. to iterate, a set of optimized design scheme is built automatically, and design 2 dimensions manipulator as the example with this algorithm to state its superiority in effective improvement that the quality and efficiency solved complicated structure model
