Abstract
This study develops a quantitative theory necessary to estimate the ratio of the FWHM of the spatial distribution of the biexciton emission to the exciton emission patterns and to understand the dependence of that ratio on the quantum disk radius. An interesting feature predicted by the this theory is the spatial distribution of the emission from the excited exciton states. The spatial pattern of the emission intensity shows various features, reflecting the symmetry of the wavefunction of the center-of-mass motion.
