Abstract :
This research was based on previous studies, combined with their own university Case Analysis, Analysis of the best domestic and international dimensions of human resource management literature and a large number of human resource management in Chinese Universities on the basis of the actual situation, make the most of University Human Resource Practice good dimension for the college to improve organizational performance to provide some references and ideas.
