Abstract :
A portable double channel vibration analyzer is developed based on C8051F, a high-speed SoC. In order to sample simultaneously double-channel signals, two ADCs built-in C8051F06X are used in the system, which is of high sampling frequency. To obtain desired signals for sampling, analyzing and processing, the signal condition circuits are designed for various sensors. A 5.2-inch colorful TFT LCD is used in order to display all kinds of complicated plots of measurement and analysis, which are friendly in human-machine interface. The system with large capability non-volatile RAM is used independently as a data sampling and analyzing instrument, which can store up to one hundred of group of dynamic waves, and connected to PC for data transmission via USB. It is proved that it can meet the needs of sampling and analyzing of all kinds of signals in field.
