Abstract :
The fault diagnosis of digital circuit is one of the hot topics of VLSI. This paper combined with rough BP neural network, using the valuable information extracted from the circuit as the sample to study the model, to get the intention of fault location. From the experiment, the method is not only convenient but also effective. Its feasibility can be examined.
