Abstract :
This paper studies the dynamic characteristic of Kelly´s primal algorithm with propagation delay and time-delayed feedback control(TDFC). We mainly discuss how to choose appropriate parameter so that the algorithm is locally asymptotically stable at the equilibrium point. Considering the case that the round-time delay is an integer multiple of feedback delay, based on frequency domain analysis, an explicit range of the parameter is obtained. The simulation shows that the range of the parameter given in this paper is effective.
