Abstract :
We have investigated the magnetic field effect of exciton fine structures in Si by optical pump and THz probe spectroscopy. Zeeman and diamagnetic effects of excitons are clearly resolved through the observation of exciton 1S-nP series. Under the high magnetic field regime above 3T, perturbative treatment of magnetic field breaks down.
