Abstract :
The dSPACE is a software and hardware real-time control platform based on MATLAB/Simulink. In this paper, the proportional-integral defferential(PID) position regulator of the servo system is designed and dSPACE single board system DS1103 is used. Adoption of the rapid control prototyping, the control system´s simulation model is built in MATLAB/Simulink. The model can be compiled and downloaded to dSPACE real-time hardware system by RTW/RTI. The deviation of servo system movement process can be monitored and the controller parameters can be adjusted online to improve the system´s performance with ControlDesk software. The real-time simulation shows that the proposed regulator enables the system to be of excellent follow performances and the method of real-time simulation is simple and the parameters can be revised conveniently.
