Abstract
We have estimated the intensity change in THz pulses emitted from a dipole-type photoconductive antenna as a function of the beam deflection of a pumping laser. The result shows the beam deflection affects the intensity variation of THz pulses comparable to the random errors in the THz-TDS measurements.
