The design of technical system for software project team sharing knowledge

The software project team is a knowledge intensive team, team members share knowledge can improve development efficiency. The knowledge sharing activity needs support of the powerful information technology, the application of information technology can promote the realization of the knowledge sharing activity. This paper points out that the knowledge sharing technology is not one technology, but one technology system, including knowledge acquisition technology, knowledge presentation technology, knowledge transfer technology, knowledge storage technology and so on. This paper also summarizes a variety of tools and methods which can be used in the knowledge sharing process, various technical tools may have functions of knowledge acquisition, presentation, or transfer at the same time. Many tools have been applied to practice obtained very good knowledge sharing effect.
