  • Abstract
    Cyclotron resonance was studied in quantum Hall systems of II-VI compounds with a vector network analyzer at a wide range of the millimeter wave frequency. We also observed quantum oscillation in the magneto-transmission at higher magnetic fields beyond the resonant field.
