Abstract :
When the bearingless Permanent Magnet-type slice motor (BPMSM) is running, rotor eccentric displacement will happen due to the load disturbance and the stability of rotor suspension will be affected. In the paper, a new method that direct control for rotor eccentric displacement is proposed according to the relationship between rotor radical eccentric displacement and radical suspension force. Then the corresponding control system is designed and simulated. The simulation results show that this method can realize the direct control of the rotor radical eccentric displacement, and the rotor can suspend steadily.
