Abstract :
Summary form only given. Luminescent CdTe nanocrystals were integrated with thin opal films. Increase of the saturation threshold in a photonic bandgap was interpreted in terms of emission stimulation. Modeling of resonating inhomogeneous eigenmodes justified the bandgap emission properties.
