Abstract :
Adaptive and programmable dosing system for hydro-electrolytic trimming is a medical equipment that creates conditions for safely healing of many medical diseases that require perfusions with hydro-electrolytic agents. In current medical practice the advantages of controlled perfusion (in time and in liquid temperature) become very important. Rigorous control using electronic monitoring of perfusors makes this process safe, without risks of lack of surveillance or other hazardous events. This paper presents some aspects in design and testing of electronic part that controls the infusion pump, with emphasis on system on chip device that represents the heart of electronic subsystem. This work is a part of a research project of our team for Romanian Ministry of Education and Research regarding modern infusion pumps.
