  • Abstract
    This paper studies near-controllability of a discrete-time bilinear system. Near-controllability of the system is proved such that a question raised from the observations on the obtained results of discrete-time bilinear systems is answered. The root locus approach is applied in the analysis and proof of near-controllability.
