The risk analysis of international freight forwarding in logistics service supply chain based on risk-MAP

In recent years, because of adjustment of the social industrial structure, the proportion of services is gradually increasing, which promotes the study of the service supply chain (SSC). On the basis of the existing research in SSC, the types of risk of international freight forwarding in Logistics Service Supply Chain have been described in this paper; Risk Map has been used to make a quantitative classification of the overall risk area, then management strategies have been given to every risk area; at last, we have carried out the order of importance of every risk factor of the overall risk by weighted compromise method which is helpful to decision-making.
