Abstract :
Monitor AGC system is a typical pure delay system, integral controller is commonly used in site debugging, but the system stability will be reduced if integration time is not suitable. Every element´s transfer function of position control are achieved based on a single stand cold rolling mill, then the position control model is deduced, the control model of monitor AGC system is obtained finally. Take this model as control object and the site statement being considered, the emulate experiment is done by MATLAB toolbox, the relationship between optimum integration time and rolling speed is achieved at last.
