Abstract :
A novel implementation of the OBT method for a second-order Gm-C bandpass filter with real poles is presented. We propose a novel circuit structure based on a custom Schmitt trigger comparator and by adopting a second-order bandpass filter as a case study we evaluate the test quality using comprehensive fault simulations.
