Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Training is an important part of coaches´ professional life, which implies we should introduce advanced theory and attach great importance to theoretical research work, then in an attempt to build a new coaches´ training system. This paper has suggested a new training system which is formed of surface competencies´ training and central competencies´ training, based on the competence model of professional sports coaches in China. What´s more, the training processes should have some certain stages. Lastly, the study also proposed some suggestions to the training.
