Abstract
In this paper, a vector synthesis method is proposed to analyze the scattering by a composite system of a target with rough surface: specifically, the multi-path scattering has been investigated. The results from the direct target scattering have been compared with the composite system scattering to illustrate the characteristics of multi-path scattering. The simulation results have demonstrated some interesting results.
