The Research of Supplier Selection Based on Hybrid Decision-Making Index and VIKOR Method

Under the situation of economic-global, market competitive is more and more fierce, and the competitive between supplier-chains become main body of market competitive. The selection of supplier is an important factor to improve enterprise core competition in supplier-chain management. The paper analyzes methods of supplier selection both at home and abroad; then, establishes index system of evaluating suppliers, using hybrid decision-making index and VIKOR to evaluate suppliers. Finally, elaborates the concrete method and its validity based on hybrid decision-making index data, in a case analysis.
