Abstract :
Thinking about the development direction of e-government, the paper descript the information in collaborative process based on XML/RDF, and advanced the conception of ldquotask-ontologyrdquo, and dynamically generated whole-ontology to format two-layer ontology, based on RM-SFCA algorithm. On that basis, the paper combined with multi-agent technology and the semantics, constructed the model of e-governmentpsilas collaboration based on multi-agent and semantics to support collaboration of the e-governmentpsilas services, which lays the foundation for the establishment of a virtual "one-stop" service platform.
