Abstract :
Scattering that influences the multipath propagation characteristic in tunnel is discussed. Simulations for both with and without scattering are made to demonstrate the mechanism of the scattering effects on multipath propagation. During the simulation two different carrier frequencies are used to illustrate how the roughness of the tunnel affects the multipath propagation.
