  • Abstract
    The image interpretation is usually done under C/S environment, so the image information can not be shared widely and timely. It is also great difficulty and cost to develop an image interpretation system under web environment with browser client, we achieved it by smart client technology based on WinForm and web service, the paper describes the system program architecture and the details of improving the efficiency of image transmission.
