Abstract :
The Gytrotron FU CW III using a 20 T superconducting magnet has been developed as a radiation source in the THz region. Gyrotron radiations were observed in the magnetic field intensity region higher than 19.25 T, The frequency of the radiation is expected to exceed 1 THz. The highest measured frequency is 670.62 GHz using the frequency measurement system consisting of a harmonic mixer and a spectrum analyzer.
