Abstract :
This paper proposed a new combined evaluation model. Firstly, it chose some different single evaluation methods to evaluate the objects from different angles; secondly, it built up an evaluation model from the angle of individual object. This model is on the base of related decision-maker´s preference, it takes the evaluation results of single evaluation methods as inputs, and the optimal evaluation value of corresponding individual object as target; finally, it proposed a crossover evaluation model to carry out the combined evaluation. The model proposed in this paper takes into account the decision-maker´s preference and the objects willingness simultaneously; it is an effective combined evaluation model.
