Abstract :
Grid Computing refers to the combination of computer resources from multiple administrative domains to reach a common goal. Grids which are a form of distributed computing contains collection of resources that are available for an application to perform tasks. The resources in the grid are generally heterogeneous, geometrically dispersed and belong to different administrative domains. The important criterion in the grid computing is that resource sharing should be transparent, secure and better coordinated. In a typical heterogeneous user system such as in online trading, security is a major concern in terms of authentication, integrity of message and confidentiality. In the present work, secure group communication is ensured to the authenticated users by effective key distributions that are serviced by the resource. Trigon based algorithm has been used for multiple key distributions and has been demonstrated for online trading applications.
