Abstract :
The causation that why the capacity of information hiding algorithm based on DCT domain is small is analyzed, a large capacity blind information hiding algorithm based on DCT domain is proposed. First, uniform spectrum processing act on the carrier image, then the image is processed globe DCT transform. Finally, the information, which is to be hidden, is embedded into the low frequency coefficients in DCT domain. Moreover, the information hiding is implemented by using segment quantification method, extracting the hidden information does not need the original image. Experiment shows that our scheme has a large capacity of information hiding and better imperceptibility.
