Abstract :
This paper investigates the robust and reliable fuzzy-observer-based H tracking control issue in NCSs for the fuzzy large-scale interconnected systems with time-delay, which are composed of a number of T-S fuzzy subsystems with interconnections. The premise variables of T-S systems depend on the state variable estimated by the fuzzy observer. Network-induced time delays and packet losses are addressed. Linear matrix inequalities (LMIs)-based conditions with some free variables are derived to guarantee the H tracking performance not only when all control components are operating well, but also in the presence of some possible actuator failures. Moreover, the precise failure parameters of the actuators are not required, and the requirements are only the lower and upper bounds of failure parameters. Therefore, obtained results are less conservative. Finally, a simulation example is provided to illustrate the design procedure and its effectiveness.
