Abstract
This paper applies the thinking of the model-based diagnosis to the voice-assisted system and the new method of pronunciation rehabilitation training which is based on 3D talking head is also presented. Through intuitive audio-visual feedback, the hearing impaired children who are deaf but not mute can be trained for pronunciation to improve the quality of their pronunciation consequently. The unified model framework of the method is proposed in the paper. The system can form the language sense and self-awareness of language learning for the deaf children who will be possessed the capacity in speaking. The foundation of future learning and social engagement will be established by the system.
