Abstract
Today´s price sensitive commercial millimeter wave markets demand products with optimal performance at low cost. This paper reviews the elements used in the design and construction of millimeter wave microelectronic components and sub-systems for commercial applications. Emphasis is placed on design for automated manufacture.
