Abstract :
The CP (circularly polarized) microstrip patch antenna is extremely narrow-band. This paper presents the design of a novel circularly polarized stacked wideband microstrip probe single-fed annular-ring antenna (SFARA). The simulation results show a good matching has an input impedance bandwidth (VSWR ≤ 2) of 20%, exhibits an axial ratio of less than 3 dB over a more than 23% bandwidth and a well-behaved circular polarization radiation pattern can be achieved.
