  • Abstract
    The networked control system (NCS) is a new control scheme, the uncertain time delay among controller, actuator and sensor can be expressed as multiplicative perturbation block, according the robust control theory. A novel hydroturbine governor control approach scheme based on NCS is proposed, the controller is evaluated by mu-synthesis. The digital simulation demonstrates the comprehensive applications of the proposed strategy, and the result shows the effectiveness of the presented strategy
