  • Abstract
    According to the special requirements of the rubber delivery electric truck, a full-digital switch reluctance motor control system is designed, which is based on 32-bit digital signal processor TMS320F2812 and the real-time embedded operating system μC/OS-II. To obtain the optimal current profile, reduce the torque ripple and improve the dynamic and static performance, the optimal hardware and soft ware strategies for switched reluctance motor are proposed. Taking the features of different running status into account, different control strategies including chopped current control (CCC), angle position control (APC) and commutation logic control are adopted. The hardware and software structures are manufactured, and the experiment system was established. The experiment results demonstrate that the system of the optimal control strategies in both hardware and software has excellent dynamic and static performance, and the proposed dual closed-loop control method is correct and feasible.
